How can I contact the META support team?

In some cases, issues may arise that only the META support team can resolve. In this section, we explain, step by step, how to contact them to resolve any problems related to your business assets.

Steps to follow:

• Access your Meta Business Manager from this link: https://business.facebook.com/

• In the side menu, click on “More Tools” (image 1) and then on “Business Help Home” (image 2).

• On the next screen, you will see the current status of your business portfolio. Scroll to the “Still need help?” section and click on the “Contact Support…” button.

• A form will open on the side of the page where you can explain in detail the problem you are having with any of the META services.
