Setting up Triggers

Triggers are triggers that will activate the chat window, proactively inviting customers to talk to agents. When setting up the trigger, you will need to choose the name, a brief description (not mandatory), the condition you want to apply to trigger the trigger, and the action that will be executed when the configured conditions are met.




CONDITIONS:

By time:
- Total time on the site
- Time on a single page

By pages:

- URL of the current page
- Different pages viewed

By products (Number of products)

By language of the page

Customizable (Custom condition)

ACTIONS:

Show widgets Hide widgets Show popup
It is important that once you finish configuring the trigger, you click the "ACTIVATED" option at the top right.
When we are not interested in it being displayed, we deactivate it by turning it red.

The last field is the advanced configuration. This trigger must be activated above any other existing trigger and must be visible on all devices.

You can also configure whether you want the customer to be served by agents or by the Bot.

When configuring all the changes, click on "Save".
