Integrations from the control panel

From the integrations section you can automatically activate integrations with the translator, analytics events and with the different CRMs.



TRANSLATE:

If this feature is activated, all messages written by the agent and the customer will be translated in real time and displayed in the corresponding language.

The agent can activate the translation from the support panel itself if he considers it necessary. But for this to happen, this option must be activated by an administrator user.
ANALYTICS:

From this section you can activate the events to be able to have the statistical information also in Google Analytics.

CRMs:

In this section you can select your CRM and configure Oct8ne so that you can receive the tickets automatically and in an orderly manner. If you want to make any custom adjustments, you should contact our support team and we will help you.
