User profiles on Oct8ne

Oct8ne offers 6 types of roles for our clients:

- Administrator
- Coordinator
- Observer
- Agent
- Specialist/External Agent
- Agent with permissions to view the entire history


ADMINISTRATOR:

You have access to:
Activity: You can assist customers.
Activity Statistics: View this entire new section. General statistics.
History: You have access to all histories and all contact emails. A filter will appear if there are departments.
Messaging: If active, you can assist customers through these channels (FB, IG, Whatsapp).
Statistics: You have access to all statistics. A filter will appear if there are departments.
Oct8ne Catalog: You can register products, categories, and feeds.
Ajustes
Engagements: You can customize engagements and the viewer.
Custom Messages: You can create global and personalized common phrases.
System Status: You can make oct8ne visible or invisible.
Integrations: You can configure Google Analytics events, activate the translator, and configure the CRM.

Management
Agent List: You can register agents and configure options for them.
Departments: You can create departments and assign agents.
Bot: You can configure and edit bots.
Triggers: You can configure triggers.
Tags: You can create tags for sessions.
Access Control: You can block IP addresses and countries.
Account Settings: You have access to account data.
Installation: You have access to installation codes and can register domains.


COORDINATOR (with ACTIVE DEPT and assigned to a Dept)

You have access to:
Activity: You can assist customers. A filter appears in Activity.
History: You have access to all histories (by default, you see them all). A filter by Departments appears. You can see contact emails.
Messaging: If active, you can assist customers through these channels (FB, IG, Whatsapp).
Statistics: You have access to all statistics (by default, you see them all). A filter by Departments appears.
Oct8ne Catalog: You have full access but cannot edit products. You can only view them. You cannot create categories or add products.

Settings:
Personalized Messages: You can add your own personal phrases.

Management:
Agent List: You can view and create agents for the departments you have assigned.
Access Control: You can block IP addresses and countries.



COORDINATOR (without ACTIVE DEPTs or with ACTIVE DEPTs but not assigned to any Dept)

You have access to:
Activity: You can view and assist all clients. If departments are active, a filter will appear under Activity. If departments are active and you are not assigned, you will not be able to assist any clients, but you will be able to view them.
History: You have access to all records (by default, you see all of them) and can view contact emails. If departments are active, a filter will appear under Departments.
Messaging: If active, you can assist clients through these channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
Statistics: You have access to all statistics (by default, you see all of them). If departments are active, a filter will appear under Departments.
Oct8ne Catalog: You have full access but cannot edit products. You can only view them. You cannot create categories or add products.

Settings:
Personalized Messages: You can add your own personal phrases.

Management:
Agent List: View all agents. You can view, create, and edit all agents. If there are active departments, you cannot select the department. The Administrator will have to do it.
Access Control: You can block IP addresses and countries.




OBSERVER (with ACTIVE DEPT and assigned, must not see ANYTHING from other departments.)

You have access to:
History: You ONLY have access to your department's records.
Statistics: You ONLY have access to your agents' statistics. You can filter by agents in your departments.

Management
Agent List: You can only see which agents are online.

Info
This role is NOT intended for direct interaction. It is solely for observing the history and statistics of certain departments.
If you wish to use this role, the departments must be active, and the 'Observer' must always be assigned to one or more departments.


AGENT

You have access to:
Activity: You can assist customers.
History: You can only see the sessions you have participated in.
Messaging: If active, you can assist customers through these channels (FB, IG, Whatsapp).
Oct8ne Catalog: You have full access but cannot edit products. You can only view them. You cannot create categories or add products.

Settings:
Personalized Messages: You can add your own personal phrases.

Management:
Agent List: You can only see which agents are currently online.
Access Control: You can block only IP addresses. You can only view countries.


SPECIALIST AGENT / EXTERNAL

You have access to:
Activity: You ONLY have access to visitors to your department.
History: You ONLY have access to your department's records.
Messaging: If active, you can assist customers through these channels (FB, IG, Whatsapp).
Statistics: You ONLY have access to your department's statistics. You can filter by agents within your departments.
Oct8ne Catalog: You have full access, but you CANNOT edit products. You can only view them. You cannot create categories or add products.

Settings:
Personalized Messages: You can add your own personal phrases.

Management:
Access control: You can block only IPs. You can only see countries.

Info
This role is designed to serve clients of a specific department or departments. You will not see anything from other departments.
To use this role, the departments must be active, and the 'Specialist Agent' must always be assigned to one or more departments.


AGENT WITH HISTORY

You have access to:
Activity: Can assist customers.
History: Has access to all records and all contact emails. Does not have access to the department filter if it is active.
Messaging: If active, can assist customers through these channels (FB, IG, Whatsapp).
Oct8ne Catalog: Has full access but CANNOT edit products. Can only view. Cannot create categories or add products.

Settings:
Personalized Messages: You can add your own personal phrases.

Management:
Agent List: You can only see which agents are currently online.
Access Control: You can block only IP addresses. You can only view countries.
