How to create a template in Whatsapp

Whatsapp templates can be created from the direct Meta configurator or through our BSP.

We are going to explain how to do it from the BSP, since it will be easier than doing it from Meta.

The first thing you will have to do is enter your 360Dialog account linked to Oct8ne

Once inside the account you will see that there is an option called Templates, where you can see all the templates.

Next you will have to select Add template and you will access the configurator, where you will simply have to fill in the information. In order to activate variable text you must select the option to add variable where you want to put a variable text. Attached is an example:

Then we will select the preview option and fill in the information to send Meta an example. We will try to make it as real as possible so that Meta sees that we will not do anything outside of its policy:

Finally, we will click on Submit template and wait for Meta to validate it.
