How to create a template in Whatsapp

WhatsApp templates can be created directly from Meta's configurator or through our BSP - 360Dialog.

To create a template using the 360Dialog interface, you'll first need to log in to your 360Dialog account linked to Oct8ne.

Once you're in the 360Dialog panel (BSP), you'll see an option in the top menu called 'Templates,' where you can view the entire template section.




Next, you'll need to select 'Add template' to access the configurator, where you'll need to fill in the required information.

To add a text variable, select the 'add variable' option where you want to add the text as a variable.

Next, we'll select the preview option and fill in the information to send Meta a 'final' template example.

We'll try to make it as realistic as possible so Meta can verify that we won't do anything that violates their policies.







Finally, click 'Submit template' and wait patiently for Meta to validate the template. (This may take a few minutes or hours.)
Once validated, the template will appear with the status: 'Approved'.
